We'll kick off the first full day of the conference by doing what LHAT does best: sharing best practices from around the nation. We learned during the pandemic that LHAT Happy Hours were a way to stay connected and hear what others were doing to remain relevant in their communities. We tried a live version of this “informal” networking in Cleveland last year and received rave reviews, so this year, we're building in even more time for this type of networking. After a quick introduction, we'll divide into three smaller groups based on theatre demographics, so you can take a deep dive into any topic desired. Share things you have learned since the Cleveland conference or ask questions about topics that are most important to your theatre's future success. Think of it as an in-person LHAT-CHAT Network!

We will divide into three rooms with LHAT Board Members to facilitate each group for a lively, anything goes conversation. Pick your demographic:

1. Film Houses
2. Live Events less than 500 seats
3. Live Events 501-1,200 seats
4. Large City or Broadway Touring
