PROGRAM DETAILS
The tour package price includes:
- 7 days, 6 Nights at one of London's most elegant five star hotels, The Royal Horseguards.
- A very substantial breakfast buffet served daily.
- Private luxury coach transfer to the airport from our conference hotel in Philadelphia for those traveling on LHAT's designated flight to London.
- Private luxury coach transfer to/from Heathrow to/from The Royal Horseguards Hotel for those traveling on LHAT's designated flights to/from Philadelphia.
- "Welcome" dinner (cash bar) at Simpson's In The Strand, one of London's best known and most historic restaurants, with keynote speaker Peter Longman, Director of the UK Theatres Trust.
- "Farewell" dinner (unlimited wine) in a private, historic room of The Reform Club, one of London's most revered private clubs, with keynote speaker John Earle, former Director of the UK Theatres Trust.
- Reception and slide presentation hosted by the UK Theatres Trust.
- Private meeting with one of London's foremost theatre architects.
- Full day private luxury coach tour led by an actor/licensed London Expert, of London's Theatreland, financial district, Westminster, and Southwark, with theatre visits en route.
- Full day private luxury tour led by a licensed London Expert, of London's most interesting neighborhoods, with theatre and cinema visits en route.
- Visits to:
Theatre Museum, Covent Garden
Tate Modern
British Museum
Southwark Cathedral
Select hidden London treasures
- Private meetings with representatives from the West End's major Theatre Owners:

- (Depending on availability and rehearsal schedules), visits to the following theatres:
Her Majesty's Theatre, The London Palladium, Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, Savoy, Albery, Wyndham's, Duke of York's Haymarket Theatre Royal, Lyceum, Shakespeare's Globe, Royal National, Old Vic, Prince of Wales, London Coliseum, Royal Albert Hall, Portobello Road Electric Cinema, Odeon Leicester Square, etc., etc.
COST OF THE PROGRAM
The cost of this program is $2,435 per person based on double occupancy. With single person room supplement, the total cost is $3,140. A $200 tax-deductible contribution to The League of Historic American Theatres is included in the cost of the Tour.

Airfare, to and from any destination, including the designated LHAT flights from Philadelphia to London and back, IS NOT INCLUDED in the cost of this program.
Guests may register without hotel and make their own accommodation arrangements. The cost of the trip without hotel is $1,635.00.
