Summary:

The Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Manager oversees all box office operations, including staffing and daily sales reconciliation. Duties include, but are not limited to hiring, training and scheduling of all box office personnel; reconciliation of daily receipts and preparation of bank deposits; reconciliation and reporting on all performance sales; VIP patron management; management of all customer service-related issues; work with other department heads as the liaison between theater patrons and the MPAC administrative staff.

All applicants should have a Bachelors Degree and at least five years related experience in box office and computerized ticketing systems. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Knowledge of the Audience View ticketing system is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience and includes health benefits, paid time off and access to 403-B retirement contributions.

The Mayo Performing Arts Center is 501(C) (3) nonprofit arts organization presenting a wide range of live programs year-round. The box office is fast-paced, high-volume and demanding, and strives to be both efficient and patron-friendly in offering quality customer service to the ticket-buying public.
