There are six levels of theatre membership, all based on a theatre's annual operating budget.

Choose a category:
    Level 1 - $840 Operating theatres with budgets of more than $5 million.
   

Level 2 - $685 Operating theatres with budgets of more than $3 million and up to and including $5 million.
    Level 3 - $475 Operating theatres with budgets of more than $1 million and up to and including $3 million.
    Level 4 - $395 Operating theatres with budgets of more than $300,000 and up to and including $1 million.
    Level 5 - $340 Operating theatres with budgets of less than $300,000.
    Level 6 - $290 Emerging theatre projects not yet in operation.
