Service Providers, Suppliers & Artist Representatives
Membership Categories
There are three levels of Service Provider membership:

Level 1 ........................................ $945
Firms with a total staff count of twenty-one (21) or more employees ("employees" shall be defined as all full-time, salaried personnel regardless of job description; Members with more than one office or location shall count all such personnel in calculating the membership dues).

Level 2 ......................................... $630
Firms with a total staff count of 11-20 employees ("employees" shall be defined as all full-time, salaried personnel regardless of job description; Members with more than one office or location shall count all such personnel in calculating the membership dues).

Level 3 ......................................... $475
Firms with a total staff count of ten (10) or fewer employees ("employees" shall be defined as all full-time, salaried personnel regardless of job description; Members with more than one office or location shall count all such personnel in calculating the membership dues).

Membership Benefits for Service Providers, Suppliers, Artist Representatives
- A subscription to inLEAGUE, the only national publication dedicated to historic theatre rehabilitation and operation.
- LHAT's annual Membership Directory, which gives contact information for hundreds of colleagues in the field: all members (theatres, service providers, non-profit/service organizations and individuals), plus important industry contacts, like preservation officers, arts agencies.
- Access to the LHAT website, www.lhat.org, which offers descriptions of LHAT's programs/services and member benefits and includes up-to-date information on the League's activities and offerings. It also offers on-line registration for or renewal of memberships, registration to attend our conferences and other programs, and purchase of books and other publications using a credit card through our secure server.
- A password to access the website's Members [Only] Services Lounge, where members will find:
- An up-to-date on-line directory of all LHAT members for easy access.
- Single-click links to members' website and e-mail addresses.
- The LHAT-CHAT, an on-line listserv where members can communicate directly with each other to seek advice and share information.
- The LHAT Job Bank
- Eligibility to participate in League programs:
- The LHAT Awards Program
- The LHAT Insurance Program
- The Peer Advisory Review (PAR) Program
- Annotated listings in both the printed and on-line directories, including description of services and projects.
- Referrals from the LHAT office to members and nonmembers seeking services.
- The opportunity to send firm promotional materials to the annual conference for distribution to all 250+ attendees and participate in the annual Meet the LHAT Service Providers & Suppliers reception on opening day of the conference.
- The option to request a free set of LHAT member mailing labels at least twice during the membership year.
- Member prices for all staff members at LHAT conferences and workshops and on all LHAT publications.
- Personalized service from and free database searches and research performed by the staff.
- Advertising rights in inLEAGUE, the conference program book and the annual directory.
- Opportunities to sponsor the LHAT conference, website and other programs.
- The opportunity to contribute articles for publication in inLEAGUE and to present ideas for or participate on the panels of LHAT conference or regional education sessions.
All members receive the benefits listed above. In addition:
Level 1 Service Providers will receive:
- Two (2) additional copies of the Annual Membership Directory to be sent to firm's choice of [two] additional people from the firm's primary office or a satellite office.
- Two (2) additional copies of the League's quarterly newsletter, INLEAGUE, to be sent to the same [two] additional firm contacts.
- The option to request two additional free sets of LHAT member mailing labels per year at no cost.
Level 2 Service Providers will receive:
- One (1) additional copy of the Annual Membership Directory to be sent to firm's choice of a secondary firm contact person or satellite office.
- One (1) additional copy of the quarterly newsletter, INLEAGUE, to the same secondary contact.
- The option to request one additional free set of LHAT member mailing labels per year at no cost.
