TEAMS SAVE 20%
A team is a group of three or more people from the same Member organization -- staff, board, or volunteers. All delegates have full conference access, but only the primary delegate votes at the Annual Meeting. Please register together on the same form. Teams save 20% of the total registration charges. Family members qualify as team members, but you may not combine team discount and family/spouse discounts. Teams take 20% off the total conference registration costs.

OPTIONAL EVENTS
Delegates may register for optional events that occur before or concurrent with the conference. Since the number of participants is limited for many of these optional events, register early to secure your reservation.

GUEST/EXTRA EVENT TICKETS
Registered delegates may purchase guest tickets for specific social events, but only if space is available. Register early to secure your reservation.

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATIONS
Single day registrations include admission to all tours, educational offerings, meals, and receptions on the day for which you register.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Full refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be made on cancellations received by June 15, 2008. Refunds of 50 percent will be made on cancellations received by June 29th. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after June 29, 2008. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the League of Historic American Theatres.
