Advertising is no longer being accepted for the Program for the 31st Annual Conference & Theatre Tour.
BUT, you can still advertise in inLEAGUE, the League's quarterly newsletter!!!
Advertising with LHAT is the best way to spread the word about your firm's products and services to a targeted audience of people who are in the trenches, rescuing, rehabilitating, and sustaining historic theatres all across North America. inLEAGUE is distributed to all 500+ active members of the League AND the League uses it as a primary marketing piece to attract new members and sponsors after it is printed!

Why is the "Meet & Greet" such a successful event?
- Theatre members view this event as a valuable opportunity for making informal, no-pressure introductions with firms providing the services they most need.
- Service providers/suppliers meet representatives from historic theatres, discover their needs, and "put a face with a name" during the opening event of the weeklong conference.
How is the LHAT "Meet & Greet" different than other industry trade shows?
- As an exhibitor during this opening event, you and theatre members focus on getting to know one another. You learn about emerging theatres and those that are fully operational, while theatre representatives learn about the latest products and services they need. Then, you can make arrangements for more in-depth conversations over lunch or during the week. Or you may simply gather information, collect business cards and contact prospective clients following the conference.
- Rather than standard pipe and drape exhibits, LHAT's Expo features tabletop exhibits in the beautiful setting of the Opening Luncheon, the Boston Park Plaza's Imperial Ballroom. Each LHAT exhibitor receives the same amount of space -- regardless of firm size -- for displaying materials. You may exhibit photographs of projects, company brochures, catalogs and business cards on tabletops. Or you may opt not to have a table so you can display samples in the six-foot wide area allocated each exhibitor. Thus, larger firms have no advantage over smaller firms; product manufacturers/suppliers have no advantage over service firms (architects/consultants).

The 2007 Resource Room
Each year we offer our service provider and supplier members and conference sponsors the opportunity to send promotional materials from their firms to be displayed and available for our conference registrants to peruse and pick up.
This year, we will have a dedicated room at the conference hotel adjacent to LHAT's main registration area and meeting rooms available for displaying member resources. The room will contain tables on which we will display the materials for the duration of the conference (Wednesday through Saturday).

Note to Theatre Members: LHAT also reserves space in the Resource Room for our theatres to display information about their theatres - season brochures, information about rehabilitation projects, pens, keychains . . . let people see what's happening at your own historic treasure!!!
