Sandra has dedicated most of her career to marrying acoustics and architecture by designing broadcast, recording and live entertainment venues, with the last five years focused on historical theaters. As the VP of Property & Operations at ATGe, she oversees the renovation, preventive care and facilities management of 19 venues, many of which are landmarked. Notable projects include the restoration of facades on eight landmarked venues concurrently, upgrading bars and lounges in all venues and a $20 million renovation to convert a historic venue from a proscenium to a theater in the round. Sandra has also implemented strategies, such as asset management systems and historical plaster inspection programs to ensure the longevity and safety of these beautiful venues.
